This safety valve mainly used in boilers,heating,air conditioning, heat storage type hot water system and pipelines,control the pressure does not exceed the specified value,plays a role of safety protection in the system.Safety valve is also called automatic pressure relief valve.In the installation of pipeline system, when the system pressure is greater than the valve pressure value, Automatically open pressure relief or cooling, ensure that the medium pressure (temperature) in the equipment and pipeline under the set pressure (temperature), protect the equipment and pipeline normal work, prevent accidents, reduce losses.The working principle of safety is when the pressure in the system exceeds the allowable pressure, the operating pressure will be greater than the spring force. As a result, the spring is compressed, opening the valve and discharging through the discharge line. After the pressure is reduced, the spring spring forces the rod and diaphragm back into the seat, closing it.This safety valve uses a high temperature integral forging for a thicker inner wall for higher strength.Spring does not contact with water, aging resistance.This safety valve has been pressure tested before it is put into use, with double inner wire and clear threaded interface, easy installation, high cost performance, accurate and stable pressure.The installation and disassembly of the product, as well as any maintenance or adjustment operations shall be carried out without pressure in the system to keep the product temperature consistent with the ambient temperature.The valve body is made of HPB57.3% and 57 copper pipe fittings with high temperature tempering treatment are more durable.The pressure value is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
